Photographs of Your Home

Vacation rental turnover clients receive a room by room photo report as part of the Guest-Ready service. This section explains how those photos are handled.
 

• Photos are taken only in the areas we clean, and only to document completed work

• Photos are shared only with you, the client or property owner who booked the service

• We never photograph personal belongings, documents, or private items intentionally

• We do not use photos of your home for marketing or social media without your written permission

• Photos are stored securely and deleted on request
   

If you would prefer no photos at all, tell us and we will note it on your account.
 

How We Use Your Information

• Schedule, perform, and confirm your cleaning services

• Access your property as you have instructed

• Send you booking confirmations, reminders, invoices, and photo reports

• Respond to your questions and requests

How We Protect Entry Information

Gate codes, lockbox codes, and alarm information are treated as confidential. They are stored in our booking system, accessed only by the owner, and never shared with anyone outside the business. Because Polished Coastal Cleaning is owner operated, your entry information is not distributed to a rotating crew or shared among employees.
 

We Do Not Sell Your Information
 

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
 

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our website and booking platform and our payment processor. These providers are bound to protect your information and use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
